Privacy Notice

This notice explains how MSE 8.0 XDF Request Service handles the information you choose to send when requesting custom Bosch MSE 8.0 XDF creation or asking about showcased software.

What we collect

When you submit a request, the site operator receives the contact details and ECU information you enter, including your name, email, shop, country, ECU type, vehicle model and software identifiers, your inquiry topic and message, optional XDF creation details, uploaded ECU files (if provided), and any optional file link.

Why we collect it

We use this information to answer software inquiries, evaluate custom XDF requests, communicate about availability and quotations, and carry out work you later approve. We do not collect payments through this website.

How forms and files are handled

This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, but the request form and uploaded files are processed through the third-party FormSubmit service and forwarded to the service operator's email inbox. Customer submissions and files may be processed by FormSubmit, anti-spam services, and the email provider handling delivery. FormSubmit says it retains form submissions for 30 days; uploaded files are not accessible through its archive API. External file links may be hosted by the service you choose; please review the sharing permissions before submitting. Do not include passwords, personal identification documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

Storage and access

Access to customer requests should be restricted to the service operator and authorized personnel. Submitted details and files are retained only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and fulfill requests, maintain relevant correspondence, and address legitimate disputes or legal requirements. FormSubmit, the email provider, Cloudflare, and any file-sharing provider may apply their own storage, privacy and retention policies.

Your choices

You can request correction or deletion of the contact details and files you submitted by sending a new inquiry through the request form, using the same email address and stating that the message is a privacy request. We will review it in light of applicable obligations and technical limitations.

Safety and third parties

This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers on this site. Essential infrastructure and spam filtering may process technical metadata. Please do not submit files you do not own or are not authorized to share.
